About Our Organization

Founded in 2007, Writing the World, LLC, provides writing and writing-related assistance, public speaking, and nonprofit services. For them, writing invites ideas, histories, connections, creations, dreams, and aspirations to come to life. They follow their Founder’s, Tisa M. Anders’, motto: As we write the world, may we also right it with justice, nonviolence, and peace. Anders brings her many years of professional expertise to the service of the general public and academia in this sacred process of writing: over 20 years as a published author, independent scholar, and executive manager in the nonprofit arena.

Tune in each month for Anders’ new postings. She finds much inspiration in the lives and words of biographical figures from the past and present. She shares parts of their lives as well as ways they have empowered and inspired her.  She hopes they will similarly uplift each of you. She also occasionally writes about other topics which speak to her. All images are from her private collection unless otherwise noted. Enjoy!

Really like this blog you’ve created. The pictures are amazing, and I like your transparency in the entry you’ve posted. Very inviting. The actual website is a little less inviting to my brain that likes things warm and fuzzy-like, but perhaps that is deliberate, to appeal to business customers? I still think adding some visual hooks might benefit you – softer colors and lines, and more pics like on the blog. But the package is quite polished, very professional. I’d call you for help writing a grant or something.

It’s all brilliant, Tisa! Go, my friend!!
